Kadayif cream is a Turkish dessert. It has a base of finely shredded pastry, soaked in syrup and covered with a special cream, over which finely chopped nuts are sprinkled.

Term of validity: 10 months from the production date if stored at temperatures between -22°C and -18°C and 3 days after thawing if stored at temperatures between +2°C and +4°C.
Cooking instructions: The product should be left to thaw for 4-6 hours
